Three days of it across Odd Culture Newtown and Bistro Grenier — Wednesday 15 to Friday 17 July. The campaign's live and it's happening this week.
The French-leaning Bistro is the natural home for this one, with OCN carrying it alongside. It's the week's biggest in-venue moment at the Newtown end of the precinct — talk it up to anyone booking or walking in, and know what the offer is before your shift. Then the week closes with Daiquiri Day at Razz on Sunday.
One week out from the Bistro takeover — this is the final-push week. The July comedy night follows on the 27th, member's pricing arrives from the 22nd, Father's Day is now live, the Grifter feature and tee keep running, and the Young Henrys fireplace is pouring at the Fitz and the Duke.
The Bistro takeover at the Old Fitz lands this coming Saturday, 25 July — ads have been live across socials since 24 June.
This is the marquee winter booking driver, aimed squarely at EOFY corporate groups — and it's now the last week to fill the remaining slots. If anyone mentions a Christmas party or a work do, point them at this. Mulled wine, the full roast, a proper pudding: the room's set up for it.
The July comedy night at the Fitz is set for 27 July, and it's live across socials.
The standing monthly comedy slot — a reliable mid-winter draw for the room, landing two days after Christmas in July. Keep the push going through the week and mention it to anyone in for a drink who's after a night out.

Bastille Day runs Wednesday to Friday, $13 daiquiris close the week at Razz on Sunday, and Christmas in July lands Saturday the 25th. EatClub is now live at Bruno and the Bistro — get the word out.

Beyond that: EatClub switches on at the Bistro from Friday 17 July, the Bottomless & Cabaret brunch is locked for 1 August with the ad about to go out, the Sunday roast and weekly wine spotlight keep running, and the Bistro's Father's Day is now live.
EatClub switches on at Bistro Grenier this Friday, 17 July — 30% off the whole bill, 3–4pm Monday to Saturday, walk-ins only, claimed in the EatClub app.
It's a quiet-hours driver: guests find the deal in the app and walk in. The offer window and the walk-in-only rule are the two things to hold at the door — the SOP has the full detail, read it before your first EatClub table lands.
Bistro Grenier's Sunday programme is running — the standard standing-roast format, French-leaning.
Lighter on the marketing weight than the Fitz programme, but the obvious answer when guests ask what's open on Sundays at the Newtown end of the precinct.
The bottomless brunch with cabaret is locked for Saturday 1 August and the campaign is live — the ad's about to go out. Two weeks to fill the room; start dropping it into weekend-booking conversations.

Bruno's Bottomless Lunch is live ahead of its 25 July debut, the Aperitivo menu runs 3–6pm daily, First Table keeps bringing bookings through, the Mezzanine is open for semi-private dining, and Happy Hour and Pre-Theatre carry the early evening.
