Dine Out, two ways.

Broadsheet Dine Out runs Monday 27 July to Sunday 2 August at both the Duke and Razz Room — one week, two completely different specials.

At the Duke, guests work through five levels of spicy margarita, collecting stamps and a prize for finishing the set. At Razz, the special is a $25 daiquiri built around one of Bar Bruno's seasonal sorbettis. Know which offer belongs where; both are live and the week starts Monday.

Christmas Saturday, comedy Monday.

Christmas in July lands Saturday the 25th, then Daniel Muggleton headlines the July comedy night on Monday the 27th. Member's pricing remains marked planning, while Father's Day, the Grifter features and the Young Henrys fireplace keep running.

The Bistro takeover at the Old Fitz lands Saturday, 25 July — ads have been live across socials since 24 June.

This is the marquee winter booking driver, aimed squarely at EOFY groups. If anyone mentions a Christmas party or a work do, point them at this. Mulled wine, the full roast, a proper pudding: the room's set up for it.

A new cocktail world is taking shape.

The September cocktail-menu change remains in planning. The “Alien Agriculture” concept is being developed now; the final drinks, ingredients and illustrations are not locked.

A six-drink menu built around imagined ingredients harvested from unknown planets — space farms, strange honey and moon mint.

The concept is being tightened before it goes public, with each drink getting its own illustrated world. Treat this as an early look, not a guest promise: the drinks and final creative are still being worked through.

EatClub switches on at Bistro Grenier this Friday, 17 July — 30% off the whole bill, 3–4pm Monday to Saturday, walk-ins only, claimed in the EatClub app.

It's a quiet-hours driver: guests find the deal in the app and walk in. The offer window and the walk-in-only rule are the two things to hold at the door — the SOP has the full detail, read it before your first EatClub table lands.
