Broadsheet Dine Out runs Monday 27 July to Sunday 2 August at both the Duke and Razz Room — one week, two completely different specials.
At the Duke, guests work through five levels of spicy margarita, collecting stamps and a prize for finishing the set. At Razz, the special is a $25 daiquiri built around one of Bar Bruno's seasonal sorbettis. Know which offer belongs where; both are live and the week starts Monday.
Christmas in July lands Saturday the 25th, then Daniel Muggleton headlines the July comedy night on Monday the 27th. Member's pricing remains marked planning, while Father's Day, the Grifter features and the Young Henrys fireplace keep running.
The Bistro takeover at the Old Fitz lands Saturday, 25 July — ads have been live across socials since 24 June.
This is the marquee winter booking driver, aimed squarely at EOFY groups. If anyone mentions a Christmas party or a work do, point them at this. Mulled wine, the full roast, a proper pudding: the room's set up for it.

Broadsheet Dine Out starts Monday 27 July, the first monthly themed trivia lands Wednesday the 29th, Father's Day remains live, and the Duke's member's-pricing offer is still marked planning.
The Duke's Father's Day is confirmed for Sunday 6 September and the campaign is now live — the what's-on page goes out this week.
Same date as the rest of the group, with the Duke running its own room. September sounds far off, but the long-lead bookings start early — if a table's talking about dads, plant the date now.
A new monthly themed trivia night for the Duke — the first, Quentin Tarantino, lands Wednesday 29 July.
The campaign is now live. Future themes include Fright Night Horror Trivia in August, with the monthly run continuing through the year.

Christmas in July and Bruno's Bottomless Lunch land Saturday. Then Broadsheet Dine Out and Fitz comedy start Monday, with the Duke's first themed trivia on Wednesday.
The September cocktail-menu change remains in planning. The “Alien Agriculture” concept is being developed now; the final drinks, ingredients and illustrations are not locked.
A six-drink menu built around imagined ingredients harvested from unknown planets — space farms, strange honey and moon mint.
The concept is being tightened before it goes public, with each drink getting its own illustrated world. Treat this as an early look, not a guest promise: the drinks and final creative are still being worked through.
Bottomless & Cabaret lands 1 August at its new $99 price, Bottomless Steak Frites is in early planning, EatClub and First Table keep running, and the Sunday roast, wine spotlight and Father's Day remain live.
EatClub switches on at Bistro Grenier this Friday, 17 July — 30% off the whole bill, 3–4pm Monday to Saturday, walk-ins only, claimed in the EatClub app.
It's a quiet-hours driver: guests find the deal in the app and walk in. The offer window and the walk-in-only rule are the two things to hold at the door — the SOP has the full detail, read it before your first EatClub table lands.
Bistro Grenier's Sunday programme is running — the standard standing-roast format, French-leaning.
Lighter on the marketing weight than the Fitz programme, but the obvious answer when guests ask what's open on Sundays at the Newtown end of the precinct.
The bottomless brunch with three cabaret performances is locked for Saturday 1 August. The price has been reduced to $99; bookings run from noon to 1pm.

Bruno's $99 Bottomless Lunch starts 25 July, the Aperitivo menu runs 3–6pm daily, First Table keeps bringing bookings through, the Mezzanine is open for semi-private dining, and Happy Hour and Pre-Theatre carry the early evening.
$99 per guest, kicking off Saturday 25 July — lunch from noon to 2pm, with 90 minutes of bottomless drinks.
The menu runs through focaccia, prawn fritti, mortadella skewers, pasta and tiramisù, with bottomless prosecco, house wine and Aperol Spritz. Saturday only, with both the dining room and Mezzanine in play.
Bar Bruno's aperitivo hour runs 3–6pm daily — spritzes, negronis and snacks, Italian-style, from $8.
House vino and a cold Peroni at $8, the Milano-Torino and two-sip wet martini at $10, spritzes and the classic negroni at $13 — with $1 oysters, crumbed olives, mortadella skewers and the Bruno burger alongside. The full menu's linked; know it before the 3pm turn.
