The premise does the selling: guests take the mic and a live choir backs them. It's the one genuinely new thing on the calendar this week, and the sheet marks it for promotion — so mention it. September looks distant, but a night like this fills on word of mouth long before the posters do.
Fitz of Laughter returns Monday 31 August, and member's pricing has come off planning and gone live. Father's Day, the two Grifter features, the Young Henrys fireplace, winter roasts and Tuesday trivia all keep running.
The free monthly comedy night returns to the Old Fitz on Monday 31 August. The campaign went live on 30 July.
The standing monthly slot, and a reliable Monday-night answer. It's free, which is the easiest part of the pitch — worth mentioning to anyone in for a drink who's looking for a plan at the start of the week.
$20 lunch jugs for badge holders, Monday to Friday, noon to 3pm. The sheet has moved this from planning to live.

Fright Night Horror Trivia is the August theme. The sheet hasn't posted the date yet, so check the brief before you quote one to a guest — but the night itself is confirmed and running monthly from here.

A quieter week on the floor, and a busy one on the calendar. House of Hymns and the Duke's 6th birthday are both newly on the books, member's pricing is live at the Fitz and the Duke, and Bottomless Steak Frites has started at the Bistro.
House of Hymns is announced for 17 September and marketing want it pushed. Behind it, the September cocktail-menu change remains in planning — the “Alien Agriculture” concept is still being developed, and the final drinks and illustrations are not locked.

A six-drink menu built around imagined ingredients harvested from unknown planets — space farms, strange honey and moon mint.
The concept is being tightened before it goes public, with each drink getting its own illustrated world. Treat this as an early look, not a guest promise: the drinks and final creative are still being worked through.
Bottomless Steak Frites came off planning and started on 5 August. EatClub and First Table keep running, and the Sunday roast, wine spotlight and Father's Day all remain live.

The bottomless steak-frites offer at the Bistro has come off planning and started, from 5 August.

A steady week at Bruno. The $99 Bottomless Lunch runs Saturdays, the Aperitivo menu runs 3–6pm daily, First Table keeps bringing bookings through, the Mezzanine is open for semi-private dining, and Happy Hour and Pre-Theatre carry the early evening.
$99 per guest, running Saturdays since 25 July — lunch from noon to 2pm, with 90 minutes of bottomless drinks.
The menu runs through focaccia, prawn fritti, mortadella skewers, pasta and tiramisù, with bottomless prosecco, house wine and Aperol Spritz. Saturday only, with both the dining room and Mezzanine in play.
Bar Bruno's aperitivo hour runs 3–6pm daily — spritzes, negronis and snacks, Italian-style, from $8.
